Beer & Cider Festival at the East Kent Railway

28th - 30th August 2010

Saturday 12 midday - 8pm
Sunday 12 midday - 6pm
Monday 12 midday - 6pm

Our second Beer & Cider festival held in association with Ramsgate Brewery Gadds and The Tiddly Pomme at Brogdale.

Come along and sample any (or all !!) of the 8 wonderful beers we have on offer from Gadds Brewery plus up to 2 guest beers from across the country as well as 8 fantastic Kentish ciders and 2 perrys from Tiddly Pomme to celebrate the August Bank Holiday in the best possible way.

Ride a heritage train through the Kent countryside from the lovely village of Shepherdswell to the equally lovely village of Eythorne - disembark into a large marquee and relax with a pint of your favourite kentish ale. Ambient background music of country & western provided by the railways own professional DJ John Kemp will add to the atmosphere and a sizzling BBQ will keep you nourished !! Sit back and enjoy the idylic setting of a preserved country station steeped in Kentish history as a major part of the Kent coalfields.

The bar is open from midday to 5.30pm (7.30Pm on the Saturday) and a regular train service will operate between the sites, times for which are listed below .

AND REMEMBER THE FIRST PINT IS ON US - (Excludes cider)
EVERY ADULT , SENIOR AND FAMILY TICKET will be entitled to a free pint of whichever beer you would like ENJOY !!!
